  1. And the same to you. Ramadam always reminds me of Yusuf, a Lebanese chef owned and operated a small diner on the lower end of Broadway, NYC, in the ’90s. He turned out the most amazing food, day in, day out, right through Ramadam, never touching food, for himself, between sunrise and sunset.
