Hmmmm…. what’s it made of?…..lets see…..

Weeeeell…….the best one I make consists of…whizzing some chilli,garlic and ginger in the bottom of a pan…chopping a load of carrots ….chucking those in with some onion and celery….a little water ( just for the stock cube)…. stick the lid on….and just leave it to simmer…stirring occaisionally…not too much water is needed….the veg just does it itself…you know…kind of produces the right amount of fluid

Once the veg is cooked….and before the pan burns out…. 

This is the best bit….

A really BIG whizz with a…. 

With a…. 

Erm….its a THING I have… 

Its electric…

Don’t know what its called… 

I’ve had it a long time 

Anyway….you just whizz it with this thing

Hmmmm….actually you have to be a BIT vareful at this stage….

Well….you do if you whizz it in the pan like I do….there’s a kind of technique whereby you have to whizz with one hand and hold the lid at an angle with the other….otherwise….well you can imagine….and its happened more than once

ANYWAY…. 

It blends everything together….a little more fluid at this stage if you like

Whap it into bowls…a little stir of each bowl with a bit of corriander on top if you like

Hypnotise yourself as you watch it slowly swirl

SOUP!!!!

A mix of ingredients….whizzed around  

It all settles down eventually

And tastes delicious

THERE!!!…..who would have thought ‘Blog On!!!’ would add a recipe post to its eclectic randomness

and why not?
